CMSImport (PRO) License Agreement

Licensee acknowledges that this is a nonexclusive license. Soeteman Software is the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the software. Licensee may not sell, distribute, or package for sale CMSImport (PRO). Licensee  may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble CMSImport (PRO) in whole or in part.

Provided that you have accepted the terms contained herein, this EULA grants you the following rights:

A) If you downloaded the free version of CMSImport, you are granted a license to install CMSImport on unlimited production web servers, and use it for unlimited installations (umbraco instances) within the Enterprise (legal entity).

B) If you purchased a SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE of CMSImport PRO : You are granted a license to use  CMSImport PRO for a SINGLE DOMAIN and all subdomains, such as www.example.com, accept.example.com, and local.example.com .

C) If you purchased an ENTERPRISE LICENSE of CMSImport PRO: You are granted a license to install the CMSImport PRO on unlimited production web servers, and use it for unlimited installations (umbraco instances) within the Enterprise (legal entity).

CMSImport (PRO) includes "Fast CSV Reader" which is licensed separate under the MIT license

CMSImport (PRO) uses ClosedXML for Excel functionality which is MIT licensed, see https://github.com/ClosedXML/ClosedXML

CMSIMPORT (PRO) IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOETEMAN SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.  SOETEMAN SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
