Licensee acknowledges that this is a nonexclusive license. Soeteman Software is the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the software. Licensee may not sell, distribute, or package for sale MemberExport (PRO). Licensee  may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble MemberExport (PRO) in whole or in part.

Provided that you have accepted the terms contained herein, this EULA grants you the following rights:

A) If you downloaded the free version of Member export, you are granted a license to install MemberExport on unlimited production web servers, and use it for unlimited installations (umbraco instances) within the Enterprise (legal entity).

B) If you purchased a SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE of Member export PRO : You are granted a license to use  the software for a single DOMAIN on all sites within that domain, such as www.example.com, accept.example.com, and local.example.com .

C) If you purchased an ENTERPRISE LICENSE of Member export PRO: You are granted a license to install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on unlimited production web servers, and use it for unlimited installations (umbraco instances) within the Enterprise (legal entity).

MemberExport (PRO) IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOETEMAN SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.  SOETEMAN SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
